  Great mcdonalds, great crew. Sometimes a bit packed, but thats because its the only one. Only complaint would be there needs to be another in jacksonville for the rushes.

  Service was good. Got caught in a "rush hour" time for them. Had to wait for my order but probably due to the amount of orders they were servicing.

  Friendly version of national chain. They do not post time limits for customers like east coast locations. Last year the manager was a top rated manager for the chain and leadership matters from cleanliness to customer service. E.g. Someone almost constantly on the floor just helping customers and cleaning. Rating reflects comparison to other locations since few will not know the menu.

  Got the wrong order....again :'( The screen was correct, the pleasant girl handing my order out the window stated the correct order, but after getting home and opening I had a substandard bacon egg and cheese bagel NOT the steak egg and cheese bagel I'd ordered. And guess what?!?!?!? No receipt....so instead of calling and getting nothing except a lukewarm apology I decided to rate my experience. I hope whoever got my breakfast, enjoyed it....because most of mine went in the trash.
